About Law Office of Michelle P. Robbins LLC

The Law Office of Michelle P. Robbins is a small firm offering personalized legal service to the Heber Valley and surrounding communities.  By working with this firm, you can trust that your case will be handled professionally and competently by Michelle, a former immigration prosecutor with over twenty years of experience. Throughout the process, you will be kept informed of the status of your case and what to expect going forward. Our practice areas include all types of immigration applications, citizenship, I-9 Compliance, divorce and child custody, and divorce mediation.


Michelle is a native of West Virginia who recently made Utah her home.  Michelle received an undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in 1999.  She then moved to San Diego and attended California Western School of Law where she earned a juris doctorate in 2002.  Michelle spent the twenty years as a prosecutor or managing prosecutor for the Department of Homeland Security before opening this law firm.  Michelle has been a member of the West Virginia bar since 2003 and Utah bar since 2023.


Michelle and her family enjoy the beautiful mountains of Utah where they can be found skiing in the winter or hiking and off-roading in the summer and fall.
